Demo: Fan Force Components

This demonstration uses the Fan on the Fan Rotation Base to show the vector components of the fan force. Put the fan on the cart facing aligned straight with the track. Record the resulting acceleration is constant but the velocity increases. Rotate the fan so it is 60 degrees from the track. Record the resulting acceleration. Does the acceleration decrease according to the component of the force? The fan cart force sensor is placed against the end stop to directly measure the force.
